Wendy Ludgewait has spent the last 20 years creating immersive learning events for a variety of companies including McKinsey & Co, Cisco Systems, Harley Davidson, and Ford. Her passion is finding ways to make learning stick in order to support cultural change. 

Dr. Bader is an Emergency and Palliative care physician with over 25 years of experience leading teams in high conflict emergency situations. He has participated in a number of startups in diverse industries with the theme of bringing the best of technology to improve quality. His interest is in the intersection of humanity, technology and performance.

Abhijit Limaye has over 20 years experience in consumer electronic products, video delivery systems and immersive entertainment experiences at startups and large companies such as Amazon, Flextronics, SkyLights, and Switch Lighting. Abhijit is obsessed with simplifying user experiences and creating a culture of innovation within organizations.  

James has served the interface between technology commercialization and global impact for 25 years in fields ranging from next-generation gene sequencing to equality of access to the law.

Advisory Board

Mr. Knapp serves as Chief Executive Officer for Collaboration Capital. He served most recently as Chief Executive Officer of Chilton Capital Management, of which he was co-founder in 1996. He was formerly associated with Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. from 1984 to 1995.

A stalwart believer in the importance of active community engagement and civic leadership on the part of corporate citizens, Mr. Knapp serves or has served as board member and/or in some leadership capacity of the Honors College at the University of Houston, BridgeUp at Menninger, Hermann Park Conservancy, Houston Parks Board, Memorial Park Conservancy, Peckerwood Garden Conservation Foundation, Workshop Houston, Stewardship Council of The Cultural Landscape Foundation, and Advisory Board of Breakthrough Houston. Mr. Knapp received a BA from Williams College.

Michael Shelton-Agar’s diverse career has embraced investment management, media and economic and financial research, while developing close business relationships with HNWIs, institutions and governments. In 2009, he co-founded Global Partnership Family Offices to capitalize on his extensive relationships with investment firms, families of wealth and family offices. Through his entrepreneurial skill and leadership, Global Partnership Family Offices has established itself as a leader in its field.

Michael has a global approach to business having studied in London and Lisbon. He is an accomplished linguist being fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and French. He has worked within the HNWI market for over 20 years and has a number of very long and well established relationships with individuals and families all over the world, with whom he has built a significant level of trust. In doing so, Michael is regarded as an independent, discrete and unbiased “Homme D’Affaire” for many leading family offices and wealthy individuals.

As a leader in public health, Matt has spent his entire career advocating for new approaches to addressing acute crises within our mental health system. This passion for new ideas was a driving force behind the creation of the National Mental Health Innovation Center (NMHIC) at the University of Colorado’s Anschutz Medical Campus, which he founded in 2015. As Executive Director, Matt leads a team of committed professionals to bring a radically new approach to help accelerate the pace at which new technologies are responsibly developed to better treat and prevent mental illness, promote mental wellness and destroy stigma.

Matt has become a leading national voice on mental health issues including a reimagining of the mental health workforce and the use of technology.  Matt lectures extensively on these topics and his work at the Center has been highlighted in the media nationwide. Matt recently delivered a keynote address at the World Virtual Reality and Industry Summit in Nanchang, China, was a distinguished lecturer at Guangxi University of Technology in Liuzhou, China and delivered a TEDx talk on the use of VR in mental health.

Matt earned his BA from Marquette University and a Master of Public Health from the University of Minnesota and now lives in beautiful Golden, Colorado with his wife and sons.  In those rare times when he’s not working, odds are you can find him immersed in one of his other passions; photography, kayaking and watching Cardinals baseball.

Dr. Bruce Piasecki is the president and founder of AHC Group, Inc., a management consulting firm specializing in energy, materials, and environmental corporate matters, whose clients range from Suncor Energy and the Warren Buffett firm Shaw Industries, to Toyota and other global companies.

Piasecki is the author of several seminal books on business strategy, valuation, and corporate change, including the Nature Society's book of the year, In Search of Environmental Excellence: Moving Beyond Blame as well as the recent New York Times, USA Today, and Wall Street Journal bestseller Doing More With Less.

Since 1981, he has advised companies about the critical areas of corporate governance, energy, environmental strategy, product innovation, and sustainability strategy.

Fred Schmidt is an Austin, TX-based entrepreneur and consultant in the technology and creative industries through his firm Bullseye Business Development and other ventures. He also serves as a Mentor and Director of International at Capital Factory (CF), the largest incubator-accelerator-investment facility in the State of Texas and one of the largest in the USA with over 300 SaaS-based companies in various stages of growth and development. At CF he leads the international initiative, Touchdown Austin, which functions as a full-service soft-landing facility for global tech companies seeking to expand into the U.S. market through Austin, Texas as home base. The program also better prepares CF companies for success abroad as they launch and grow their ventures.

He also serves as Austin-side Co-Chair of the Sister Cities partnership between Austin and the London (U.K.) Borough of Hackney, home of “Tech City,” and has co-founded and co-leads the Austin Chapter of Tech London Advocates. Fred has nurtured the Austin-London relationship from founding five years ago into one of the most active in the world with over 400 companies, organizations, universities and professionals engaged between the two cities and with the assistance of the City Of Austin’s Economic Development Department, The London Borough of Hackney’s Regeneration Services, and UK Trade & Investment. In 2016 he was recognized for this work by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II who has awarded him the honor of Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (MBE).
