Launching soon: A new way to approach mental wellbeing and suicide prevention.

In addition to our corporate training focus, Osiris Labs will also soon offer suicide awareness and prevention experiences in virtual reality. According to the CDC, suicide is a leading cause of death in the United States, with 45,979 deaths in 2020. This is about one death every 11 minutes. It’s crucial that we rethink how we approach mental wellbeing and find ways to help people in crisis.

The suicide prevention experience offered by Osiris Labs will aim to create protective environments, promote connectedness, teach coping and problem-solving skills, and identify and support people at risk. By creating a strong community of learners who will be able to learn new skills in a safe place, we can establish a network of care and compassion.
